Pxls.space has had a number of small factions over the course of its existence.

Bulgaria Pxls
Bulgaria Pxls, officially the Principality of Bulgaria Pxls, is a very small faction that made small Bulgarian symbols and artwork along with a lattice. It was at its peak during Canvas 33 when it made a Bulgarian flag through the canvas and Canvas 35 when it made a lattice over a large part of the canvas.
It is a principality (vassal) of the Navy Blue Grand Monarchy and Chromatic Empire.
Chibi Pxls
Chibi Pxls was a small faction that debuted as part of Canvas 47's Anime Collab. Its goal was to build chibi arts; for its debut, it built a not-so-small commissioned art of the twin heroines from the anime Figure 17: Tsubasa & Hikaru to commemorate its 20th anniversary.
Chocobo Pxls
Chocobo Pxls is a small faction focused on arts of the iconic bird from the Final Fantasy game franchise. It had an aborted debut on Canvas 54 when its claimed area was occupied by Sidestep's solo art, but returned on Canvas 55 with a navy-blue recolor of the same commissioned art that was planned for C54.

Eliasville
Eliasville was a group that made free-hand artwork within an enclosed territory. It was known for its conflict with Proggity Prog OwO as well as drama with the Eastside Legal Team surrounding it on Canvas 38. It also collaborated with Magenta Squad on Canvas 37 and was a member of the League of Factions.

Flag Zone
Flag Zone (originally known as Flag Area) is a group that creates flags within an enclosed area on the canvas. It was unsuccessfully targeted for attack by tam's Flag Incursion on Canvas 36 and is closely aligned with Bulgaria Pxls, although it's former allies Polonian Pxls and American PXLS have left and revived a long-dead faction known as Hall of flags.

Grayscale Pxls is a faction that creates art using only the grayscale colors on the Pxls palette.

GrilledScrung Fan Club
GrilledScrung Fan Club, also known by GrilledScrung or GSFC is a faction which was first created as a joke, but now makes actual art. It started with the friendship of Pxls member's scrungus and GrilledCheese in the Pxls chat. Member dema made the idea into a discord, and the rest was history.

HentaiLover's 3 Non-Factions
These are 3 former factions that were created during c59 with the purpose of exploiting a loophole in the rules on the pxls discord server, they all lasted less than an hour and never placed a single pixel on the canvas. Only the discord servers for these factions were created.
Lilac Lattice
LIlac Lattice was a small faction created at the very beginning of Canvas 58 as a derivative of the Green Lattice with the colours inverted and tweaked slightly. The faction initially stayed mostly under the radar until Gura's Supermarket began colonising the right cloud leading to a burst of panicked and rapid expansion. Shortly following this they became rather disliked due to their significant virgin pixel abuse, comprising nearly 38% of the area. After a brief attempt to devirgin the lattice, the faction instead opted to fill it with as much art as they could upon realising there wouldn't be enough time to devirgin everything. The faction shut down upon the end of Canvas 58 due to all three members quitting pxls, creating a small goodbye banner on the first day of Canvas 59. _Etta rejoined pxls halfway through the canvas and replaced Lilac Lattice with Solvernia.
Nutya
Nutya is a faction that had a focus on making memes and logos. It made its first logo on Canvas 32 before going inactive. Eventually it resurfaced as a resistance faction against larger groups on Canvas 35 (especially Legion) before rebranding once more to its original form on C38. Nowadays the faction is pretty inactive.

Polonian Pxls
Polonian Pxls is a faction that is based on Polish Spirit living through canvases in pxls.space. The faction has made arts, lattices and flags on each canvas. Polonian Pxls was founded by Youj on Canvas 30 but it wasn't popular up until Canvas 38. On each canvas, a particular topic gets picked and the faction makes art about that topic.

Rick Astley Fan Club
Rick Astley Fan Club was a faction that made pictures of Rick Astley. It is now inactive.
The Graphene Order
The Graphene Order was a faction that makes knights on the canvas. It merged with Bahamaland on Canvas 38, making knights with Bahamian colors. It was formerly known as Roman Empire Pxls, drawing comparisons between it and Legion. It was also a member of the League of Factions.
TSFTW Pxls
Inactive faction owned by BobsterNub. (Uknown pxls username) Owner has moved on from pxls.
Turkey
Turkey was run by bautsay and made art based on the country Turkey. They were American Pxls' most trusted ally, and a founding member of COUP. The faction disbanded after the leader quit pxls.
The Roguelike Empire
The Roguelike Empire is a faction which makes art from roguelike video games on the canvas.

Yellow Lattice is a lattice created on Canvas 43, and has been progressively growing on Canvas 43a

The YMCA faction was a faction created by the user Narf who created art based on the logo of the YMCA. This faction only ran for 6 canvas'
