Pride Faction is a faction on Pxls dedicated to promoting LGBTQ+ art on the canvas. It first originated as an official group on Canvas 33. Since then it has created artwork on most canvases. It is also a member of the League of Factions.
Who knew 1 decision I'd make just to defend 30 pixels spelling out my name for the small stem place corner of pxls would have such an impact on pxls... that defense was the creation of pride faction...
History
Canvas 33
Pride faction began 1/3 into the canvas and created a downsized version of pride flags (which was used in a later canvas as their original size.) The template was moved after a while towards the right, and created new diagonal flags as a background.
Pride faced several raids this canvas, which were all repelled.

Pride created a Freddie Mercury art, which was later attacked by Legion because of griefs(?).

Pride faction had a small lips template this canvas.

This canvas Pride created a fist art. It was attacked in the Pride Fist Invasion by Kekistan and 4channers.
Canvas 38
Pride created the large flag template mentioned earlier, a flag heart, and another sign. Pride was the center of one of the largest wars on c38- Operation Sugma. It started when YOIB raided the flag heart with a large ahego. LOF attempted to launch a counter operation, which failed. Later, Legion helped mediate by overseeing the creation of a treaty and relocation of the flag heart.

Pride created the "Love is Love" art. It faced minor raids, but nothing major.

Pride created an art based off Sappho. It faced raid attempts, but they were handily repelled. Pride was also present in the LOF collab.

Pride faction created an art that was had faced a massive attack in the Troll Face War. It was not rebuilt later in the canvas, though the trollface was eventually defeated.

Pride created a few arts. The one on the right was attacked heavily during the 2ch Pride Raids. There was significant debate about 2ch's template which had "Shouldn't mental disorders be cured rather than supported?" on it. Staff nuked parts of their template for hate speech. This conflict carried over to next canvas as well.

"Pxls Pride" was dissolved and moved to a different Discord/faction by the name of "Pride Faction"

Pride Faction unfortunately could not claim it's art. A community made, smaller template was available, but Mikarific was uninterested in continuing the faction anymore.

Another r/Place happened, and PineApple and Mikarific had decided to allow Eve to manage the r/PlacePride (Pride Faction)'s presence on Pxls. She started with a collaboration with Miku Monarchy.

An art based on the bisexual flag was made by Reissecup and was built by Pride Faction.
