A canvas invasion is a type of war where a large faction or group of people attempts to forcibly occupy as much of the Pxls canvas as possible, typically destroying most art along the way. Some of these invasions have been smaller than others. As of Canvas 44, no such invasion has been entirely successful in occupying the majority of the Pxls canvas except for the Third 2ch Invasion on Canvas 18.

Examples

True invasions

Plenty of invasions have been planned or discussed in a hypothetical sense, with popular speculative invaders being 4chan, some other imageboard, or a YouTuber.

Possible invasions

  • Manechat Invasion - Debatable is the influx of users was primarily for one goal: to take out the Grylical Monument.
  • TikTok/flromp Invasion - Debate because of the lack of organization or clear goals of the invasion, though its numbers place it easily on this list.
  • 2ch Incursion - Debatable due to the scope of the invasion.
