This was a gimmick canvas, where you could only place 4 different colors in a limited area. The special -snip- mode was not active on this canvas, and cooldown times were normal.
The size of the canvas is 1008x1532 and 228,096 of the 1,544,256 total pixels are placeable. There are also 1,296,192 unplaceable pixels which can be seen highlighted in red in the placemap image to the right.
