Zinzamoure (zin-za-moore), also called by his name Zin, is a pxls user. He is the (despite his dislike of the word) leader of the Osaka Nation faction. That faction creates art of the Azumanga Daioh character Ayumu Kasuga, otherwise known as Osaka. His significant solo work revolves around Native American symbols & iconography on canvas. Zin is Native American, belonging to the Seneca Nation of Indians of the Haudenosaunee in New York State.
Canvases
Canvas 70
Zin had joined almost exactly in the middle of c70, in search of an r/place alternative where he could put up an Iroquois/Haudenosaunee flag. The flag was completed, alongside a Seneca gustoweh (small headdress of the Haudenosaunee), with the help of a friend named Vitus. Once Zin had realized flags were very vulnerable on pxls, he tried to keep quiet about the fact that the flag was a flag, considering it isn't recognizable by the general public. However, the dweebazoid can't keep his mouth shut and eventually the flag was compromised. This led to a small, local conflict between Zin's new-found allies and griefers dotty and Kouhai. Zin's defense lasted the remainder of the canvas. And through that defense, Zin gained a new friend of mauz (formerly mauzg0d), a Ukrainian pxls user and leader of HoYoversePXLS. Zin's solo work for this canvas included a Two Spirit pride icon, a couple of different gothic favicon type arts, and an ego for 13k pixels (impressive, right?)
Canvas 71
This is the first canvas where Osaka Nation was realized as art on canvas after Zin showed off a defiddled version of an official pixel sprite from an Azumanga-Daioh-themed game that he can't remember. Despite his incompetency at running a discord server for the faction, and sleeping through reset, Osaka had found a place on c71. And the rest of Osaka Nation related history is on the faction's wiki page rather than here, unless something important happened. Zin's solo work on this canvas included an icon influenced by the American Indian Movement flag and YSL logo which eventually became an ego for 30k pixels. He also put three tiny fish scattered across canvas last minute. Alongside this, Zin helped Pebble after begging to be allowed to help on his original solo project of Eddsworld art, and adding his own little own gun & bottle icon next to the art. Zin also made a new friend this canvas: Reissecup.
Canvas 72
Alongside Osaka Nation art for c72, Zin also collaborated with ToeBeans to create small art of Peanuts comic strip character Schroeder playing the piano (by Zin) and a burlesque Snoopy atop the piano (by ToeBeans). Zin's solo work on this canvas was a pixel art Tree of Peace from the story of the formation of the Iroquois Confederacy, a white pine with weapons buried underneath and an eagle atop the pine. His ego for this canvas was at 40k, and is art of the Daft Punk Discovery-era helmets alongside the number. And on 12 September 2023, Zin did a live-commentary in chat for the MTV Video Music Awards, entertaining chat with happenings of the award show. This canvas, Zin joined Red Army faction, contributing pixels to Eddsworld-themed art on this & future canvases.
Canvas 73
Osaka Nation c73. He also aided a lot with several projects (and mini-griefs) planned by Red Army. He outlined minor smiley faces in canvas, which were due to be bulldozed by Osu lattice. He also aided with Weed Crown Assembly. His solo work for this canvas was a recreation of the Two Row Wampum, a sprite from Petscop of Care NLM, and a borpa riding a skateboard. His ego this canvas for 60k+ with a Konata Izumi sprite from a Lucky Star fighting game.
Canvas 74
With Zin overwhelmed with panic at the size of other faction projects on the preclaim, pebble_ offered very kindly to downscale the 16k Osaka Nation art for this canvas (pebble did the original defiddle anyhow). The Osaka Nation projects on c71 & 72 were 16k, but this Osaka would not have been built if not reduced to 8k. He did not do a solo work for his streak of Native American themed art, but was inspired to make art of Elisa & Sergiu from Papers, Please. This became his ego of 87k. He also aided a new person with a small red & azure lattice, and defended a couple Ukrainian tridents, or Tризуб, from KaiSakurai.
Canvas 75
Canvas 75 was eventful for Zin, and primarily Osaka Nation (c75) and Red Army, as they were sharing a template, alongside PAE. Osaka art and Tord art were griefed the entirety of canvas by several different individuals. However, in better news, Zin and CharlieApples collabed to make Native American powwow dancers art, including the buffalo Big Medicine, who was a rare white American Bison which are considered sacred by Native American Plains tribes. Zin's 100k ego was in association with this collab, being a Seneca gustoweh. He also made Tim Hortons logo.
Canvas 76
Osaka Nation collab with Grayscale for c76. Other than Osaka, Zin helped Red Army claim and place their small art, aided in the completion of Adventure Time Pxls artwork, HoYo art, and helped pxls user Mari with their solo art. He also had a cat-themed ego with mauz, with artistic representations of them as cats with green and pink outlines respectively, and with a green and pink heart above them. The gay cat ego.
Canvas 77
C77 Osaka Nation art. Zin participated this canvas in both Worm War and the defense against different Darkhood raids, primarily upon KRTOG/Frog Pixels United art. He also helped reissecup's art a ton, and helped other solo arts that were falling behind. He did not actually have any solo art this canvas.
Canvas 78
This canvas had a collab for C78 Osaka Nation, and not much else solo art by Zin, only another ego made with mauz. He also helped slower templates on the side, as it was presumed canvas was going to end soon, but instead, the canvas was expanded. A major event this canvas was the War of the Magenta Coalition, of which Zin was a participant and "organizer" of the raid against Darkhood. During and after this event, he is considered a member of the Magenta Coalition and a part of the non-aggression pact that ended the conflict.
Canvas 79
Zin went small for C79 Osaka Nation art, and wanted to help other friends and mauz with their arts, like HoYo and mauz's collab with The Rift. He contributed to the GRID, a collection of a grid made up of 5x5 squares that are filled with pixel art by others. Zin also was minorly involved in the raid on Darkhood this canvas.
