Lilac Lattice
Lilac Lattice was a lattice faction created on Canvas 58 by _Etta as a derivative of Green Lattice with the colours inverted. The faction's goal was to be a very open and welcoming lattice, allowing just about anyone to build art in Lilac Lattice's territory, though only one small art piece was ever built in the lattice by someone outside of the faction. Lilac Lattice was extremely short lived, lasting from the first day of Canvas 58 to the first day of Canvas 59, when all three members retired from pxls. Despite being around for such a short time the faction drew a lot of ire from other people on pxls due to their extreme virgin abuse.
_Etta returned to pxls halfway through Canvas 59, rebranding Lilac Lattice as the Margraviate of Solvernia, later being shortened to just Solvernia.
History
Canvas 58
Lilac Lattice was founded right as Canvas 58 began, staking their claim in the top left corner of the right cloud and began to slwoly build their white, pink, and purple lattice and assorted small art pieces, gradually expanding their lattice downwards after filling in their initial claim. This slow and leisurely pace came to an abrupt end when Gura's Supermarket started a colony below the Bad Girl Coven's art, causing Lilac Lattice to swiftly lattice an area near the colony in order to fully claim the lobe of the cloud they were present in, much to the ire of GSm and specifically Mcdoodlydoo.
Virgin Abuse Controversy
This cutoff and rapid expansion also led to the lattice getting more from various users, much of which was negative to the severe abuse of virgin, or untouched pixels, which _Etta had only learned of shortly before the arrival of GSm after being contacted by somekid. Shortly after finishing their lattice, _Etta and Redawned attempted to devirgin the lattice, but quickly realised that they would not have enough time to devirgin the entire area, and the faction instead opted to fill it with as much art as possible.
Woke Cells Skirmishes
A few days before GSm's colonisation of the right cloud began, coloured a few empty cells in Cell Lattice pink and purple upon seeing different people and groups making their own custom cells. Cell Lattice ended up expanding their custom cells, which were destroyed in the First Opcellog. Redawned and Technia were unhappy with their cells being destroyed along with the rest of Cell Lattice and made a single new cell in what remained of Cell Lattice. When Woke Cells came in to convert the remains of Cell Lattice to Woke Cells, this brought them into conflict with Lilac Lattice's cell, and after being destroyed and rebuilt twice, Redawned and Technia backed down after Temriel explained why Cell Lattice was destroyed and _Etta personally told them to stop. D_Leeo was still upset with Lilac Lattice and began attacking their Michigun memorial, which they took from r/place 2022, accusing them of griefing Woke Cells, though this attack only lasted for an hour or so before things cooled back down.
Colony and NBGM Dispute
As they finished their new art pieces in their main territory Lilac Lattice started a colony on top of the remains of Haxway's lattice, who had frequently griefed their logo and made it say Lilac Lettuce or Lil Ass. They set up a gradient border with Green Lattice and began to Lattice around NuMetalAlbums' CD art, wrapping around three sides of it and planned to lattice around the last quarter of the disc, which they considered to have claimed by latticing in the other three areas. _Etta returned later that day to find that the Navy Blue Grand Monarchy had colonised the corner. Upon pinging Temriel and angrily asking why NBGM had taken their perceived claim, which sparked a few minutes of conflict between a few NBGM members and Lilac Lattice. Lilac Lattice was more or less brushed off due to their severe virgin abuse, and they didnt put up any resistance or attempt to claim the corner for their own, knowing that they were massively outmatched by the Chromatic Empire. This led to _Etta strongly disliking and distrusting ChE and to a lesser extent all large factions.
Canvas 59
A few days before the NBGM dispute _Etta, Redawned, and Technia had all decided to quit Pxls and disband Lilac Lattice once the canvas reset as all three had become burnt out. Lilac Lattice ended up extending their stay on Pxls by a few hours and upon reset swiftly made a small lattice area with an abbreviated logo, their three names, and the text "cya!" below the logo.
Canvas 78a
On Canvas 78a Solvernia brought back Lilac Lattice after 23 canvases, using it as their background due to Green Lattice having to use their original white, lime, and green design due to how the tendrils gimmick work.
