V02D, formerly Y02B and purp13 is a semi-active collection of factions that primarily operates as a megacollab. It has 8 member factions, although its templates tend to also include the rest of r4nd0m due to the presence of The Ember Empire and FURU Pxls.
When addressing this article, especially in history sections, the reference name used should be the one in use at that current time period, or alternatively only the modern name.
Faction Composition
History
purp13 was first proposed in early 2025 as a collab between FURU Pxls (FURU), The Ember Empire (Ember) and The Purple Empire (TPE). Over time, three more factions were brought in in sequential order: Darkhood (DH), Gura's Supermarket (GSm), and Kitty Pxls. The idea was to have two large furry arts, various other art, and a dark purple background. The name "purp13" was coined by Sohiimfine and doesn't have any particular meaning. It replaces a couple letters with numbers in the same way "r4nd0m" does.
Canvas 88a
purp13 operated together on this gimmick canvas. They gathered some assorted art to place and shortly after reset, picked the background color light yellow to reference YOIB on Canvas 35. Part of why this happened is 3 of the purp13 factions can be considered "YOIB clones" and had ex-yoiber members. To further reference C35, Temriel talked with the Swarm Council proposing they use a pink background for the canvas, which was accepted. purp13 also used the exact same color selector art as YOIB, which was also used in the c89 collab.
purp13 had the fastest template for a couple days (at over 1k/hour speed) and also participated in the Legion invasion of Canvas 88a, supporting Legion.
Canvas 89
This was the canvas the main collab finally happened. Besides the core factions, the purp13 template this canvas also included Lake Fairy Crew, r4nd0m members Charlie Zone and Lunes, XaiEia's art, and 2v's art.
The final template size was 428,554 pixels, or 19% of the canvas. Dark purple was also the most placed color behind black and white.
Intermission
Void and Supa Dogman Pxls joined purp13 during the gap between canvas activity.
Connor Canvas 2
purp13 placed a burrito art & mini Gura next to the Pxls logo. The purp13 arts would eventually be taken over by Neuro-sama's Swarm and not relocated.
Afterword
Ironically, purp13 will likely be more fondly remembered for the gimmick canvas rather than the main collab. Canvas 89 was largely uneventful and plauged by the main art defiddle being unfinished until the last day, while c88a showed purp13's speed under pressure and immense fighting capability.
Canvas 93a
During the planning of this canvas arts, color 2 (Chocolate) was chosen for the background, which led to naming the collab Y02B, referencing YOIB even more blatantly than the last gimmick canvas, and also still following the trend of inserting numbers into names.
During the duration of the canvas, due to the lack of space in the original group chat, the r4nd0m server was converted into the headquarters for Y02B. Many ex-yoibers were invited and let into the planning channel. The private role was called "Y02B Genewuw", mimicking YOIB server role names.
Besides the core factions and r4nd0m factions, the Y02B template this canvas also included The Rift and PRISM.
The faction tag for Y02B was a reskin of the TPE tag, and due to faction member efforts the tag shot up to 28+ million all-time pixels placed, the largest tag in Pxls history (confirmable via Yobbi Dolli graphs). The previous top faction was Pink Gang, with 25.8 million all-time pixels. After the canvas was over, and the tag went back to TPE, it fell down to 25.1 million, which put it at second place, now below Pink Gang.
During the canvas Y02B experienced griefing of the main logo.
