Council of Factions
The Council of Factions (COF) was a faction union active from Canvases 20 to 21. Its purpose was to provide mutual defense and build collab(s). It was generally unpopular, and a combination of dramas and scandals within the COF led to its dissolution on Canvas 21.

Relations
During its existence, the Council of Factions was fairly unpopular, with some users comparing it to a weaker version of the The New Pixel Axis.[1] Their ability to mount raids was also criticized.[2][3] Ultimately, it continued to suffer a decline in popularity and resulting loss of members until it was officially disbanded on Canvas 21.
