Talk:Swarm War (Canvas 94–present)

Scale of the war

"The sheer size of the raiding force, unlike any seen in years, resulted in a noticeable spike in online player count and pixel cooldown" - this doesn't really make any sense. The cooldown reached 160 at its peak during the raid this canvas, while it reached 175 on Canvas 88 during the Legion invasion of Canvas 88a. While yes, it was a massive organised attack, calling it the largest in years is a bit of a reach. Can it be argued to be the largest "main canvas" fight in at least a year? Sure, but that's different.

I can't think of a larger individual raid since at least the 2ch times. Online count is another matter. Note the article didn't say the online count was the biggest it's been in years. --PineCromburg (talk) 20:32, 12 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
Last time I saw a raid of þis scale was on Schizo's Rouge þe Bat in 2022. Lana (talk) 20:59, 12 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
Fair I suppose, I brought up Legion's war since the online count (and thus presumed raid count) was considerably higher that canvas, but it could have been unrelated. We don't have lookups from that time, so it's hard to confirm. Temriel (talk) 23:52, 12 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
Let's continue to talk like this, I love this talk page technology --PineCromburg (talk) 01:27, 13 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
Þe Legion war very well could've had more participants, I don't actually know. Eiþer way, I'm not sure if it should be considered a "real" war, since it was just a friendly contest on a gimmick canvas. Lana (talk) 02:06, 13 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
It was not originally intended to be a "friendly contest" and was only really accepted to be one after the tides started to turn. Universe (talk) 16:36, 13 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
Can back up that statement, there were a few hours of negotiations within legion and with Swarm before any truce was made official. It wasn't exactly bloodthirsty hostility for the main part of the war but the friendliness aspect was present after the diplomacy (also replies arent working for me so I'm source editing this comment in). replies not working do be a moment. Universe (talk) 16:36, 14 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
Yeah it wasn't planned to be friendly at all at first, this was brought up afterwards in talks between Legion and the Swarm Council. Temriel (talk) 15:15, 16 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Unorganized attacks, aka griefs

The initial HP Logo War section assumes that all unorganized attacks, aka griefs, made by swarm members are part of the conflict as a whole. There have been additional attacks, which have yet to be confirmed organized, by both Swarm and NEC members. Should all said attacks be included in this page or should the ones currently included in the HP Logo War section be disregarded?

adding every unorganized greif as a section would be ridiculous, as a side note if swarm did help place the hp logo i would classify it as a swarm victory. Universe (talk) 18:10, 27 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Rose Khanate

This section has currently been removed by someone before I could address it. As mentioned in the change, the conflict was initiated and handled by members of the Precious Family Pixelers faction I currently lack the information, but will restore it when possible.
