Defiance was an anti-Legion faction created by pineApple on Canvas 35 as the spiritual successor of the Prog-led War Council, with whose leadership he had grown disillusioned. It was formally disbanded on Canvas 36 shortly after the Progs Land Raid.
The faction contained members of the former NCR and War Council.
