Council of Factions
The Council of Factions (CoF) was a faction union active from Canvases 20 to 21. Its purpose was to provide mutual defense and build collab(s). It was generally unpopular, and a combination of dramas and scandals within the CoF led to its dissolution on Canvas 21.
