Archduchy of Cells

The Archduchy of Cells was a theoretical faction proposed on Canvas 60 as a means to continue the legacy of Cell Lattice under the aegis of the Chromatic Empire. It was never realized; instead, the Archduchy of Bells and the Archduchy of New Cells were created.
