PATO was a coalition of volunteers from across the Pxls community who came together to oppose the rise of 2ch on Canvas 17 during their famous Second Invasion. The group was severely weakened by factions deserting it on C18, allowing 2ch to run roughshod over its former members.

During the Canvas 30 Invasion, PATO was revived and played an active hand in the destruction of 2ch.
