The Flag Faction Cold War was a low-level conflict between ioanBG and Youj from Canvas 32 to Canvas 43. It originated as an internal conflict within Flag Area and later Flag Zone as a rivalry between the two users and supporters.
Eventually, Youj quit Flag Zone.
On Canvas 41, the Hall of Flags was created by Youj to oppose ioan's Flag Zone. Both factions were a member of the League of Factions, until Youj created the Confederacy of United Pxls in direct response to ioan's membership of the LOF.
