The Elemental Confederation (EC), officially the Elemental Confederation of Aquatica–Metallica, is a dual union of two factions: the Metallic Monarchy and the Aquatic Monarchy. It primarily builds metal- and water- related artwork. It is an Imperial Subject of the Chromatic Empire, having been added on Canvas 64 during the Second Imperial Reform.
It was originally called The Elemental Collective (TEC), but this name was replaced upon its accession to the rank of Imperial Subject.
