Black Mesa (also known as the Lambda Complex or Illuminados Mesa) was a faction created by Selio to create Half Life related art. It was created on Canvas 47 and created art on three canvases, with time gaps. For the most part, it was more of a solo faction, and never had an on-site faction tag or other consistent members.

Canvas 47

This canvas the faction created Gordon Freeman and a Headcrab.

Canvas 51

On this canvas "The Lambda Complex" made the Citadel from Half Life 2. After this canvas, the discord was converted into "Illuminados Mesa" and the faction was to make Resident Evil 4 and Half Life art. However, no Resident Evil 4 art was ever created, and so the faction was switched back for c81.

Canvas 81

On this canvas the faction returned as "Black Mesa" and created many different arts from Half Life, expanding over the canvas. By the end, there was no more usable Half Life pixel art to pull from, and thus the faction ended.
