GROCSIG wanted to draw a big art with the history of Pxls Space, with the help of other players.

So, he decided to create a faction for that, to not to spam in the pxls space server, but admins didn't let him to do that cause this faction doesnt have any art on the canvas, so, he created a red dot to create a new faction.
