P.U.R.F.

P.U.R.F., an acronym for Pixels United Republics Front, was the official successor to the United Factions. It was created on Canvas 22. It was temporarily known as the United Republics.

Goverment 

Presidency + Leadership

PURF's system is very easy and suits with everyone. They have a system where there is one leader who controls all (the owner of the server) and an another who is elected to be the president of the server. To be elected, a new canvas must come and once it come then we start elections. First everyone can vote publically, then only faction leaders (or representatives) can vote for the next president. 

Footnote: Anyone politcal party can be president: Socialist, Communist, Republican, etc.

War-Deciding

PURF is a neutral faction where they won't fight a war BUT they can support it by sending men to fight for one side. We declare war until a moment where someone has pushed the line or declare war on us. The president and the king-dictator are the only ones who can declare war.
