NOM Reset War was a conflict that took place during Canvas 82 on September 3rd between the NoM collab (Neuro's osu! Market) and a number of smaller factions following the "Sinder's shirt raid" starting approximately 12 hours before the canvas reset to C83.

Origin

A number of factions formed a coalition to "fix Sinder's shirt" with a simple template of light grey (1) pixels. Initially announced as an effort to protect minors, many factions (as well as the NOM collab itself) would treat this late-canvas effort as an attack. Neuro-sama's Swarm and many other members of the collab treated this as their breaking point due to previous passive aggressive comments and hostile relations in site chat throughout the canvas. As a result, the raid was treated as an opportunity to retaliate against anyone involved. What was originally planned as a one-hour time limited retaliation quickly spiraled into hours of war against multiple factions, resulting in late-canvas damage to many templates of participating faction, including Cell Lattice, GRID, and Turkiye.

Under Swarm Council's orders, griefing ended 5 hours before canvas reset. Through diplomatic action taken by greenwizard, Neuro-sama's swarm aided in repairing their grief on the major components of Cell Lattice.
