The Abyss was a faction started by Skelly_Boi (Eduard) during c15, with the goal of capturing as much territory and destroying or transforming art, a change from the usual void.
History
During Canvas 14, the void faction was dying. Around that time Skelly_Boi (Eduard on the canvas) joined pxls, and quickly took power over the void, renaming it as "Abyss". The next canvas was very prosperous for the Abyss, capturing a big chunk of the canvas in the top right.
Unfortunately there was a traitor named Schopenhauer in Abyss' ranks, using multiple accounts, so that he would get banned and all the pixels he placed would get deleted, the event which was called "The Nuke." After that, the Abyss started losing members, the owner was changed a couple of times, including Karling, who was later banned for using an auto clicker. Without a leader, the Abyss disappeared.
