The Hugh Mungus Raid was one of many griefs against the Video Game Artists (and subsequently the Catboy Castle, which was in a collab with VGA), taking place on Canvas 68. It was a continuation of previous griefs against VGA-related artwork on the previous canvas, and was partially spurred by general distaste towards the faction. The raid started on a whim when Sun posted a template based on the song 'Hugh Mungus Meme Joke' by Hot Dad to cover up VGA's collab artwork with CBC. Members of Flandre began assisting with the template as well as providing more art to cover up the rest of VGA and CBC's artwork.
