The Cockroach Cookie is a popular joke/art piece among the Pxls community.
It was originally created by the user Varoom21#8248 by making an extremely fiddled[1] pixel art of the album cover "Steroids" which the community labeled "cockroach cookie" due to the immense amount of dithering on the art causing it to have a "crunchy" look.
The cockroach cookie has been built multiple times on various canvases.
