The Thargoids were a faction inspired by the game Elite: Dangerous.
History
Formed shortly after the MTG - Legion War on Canvas 35 (see List of notable wars / MTG-Legion War).
Canvas 36
The Thargoids assisted in the Battle of the Sans Coffin, it's effectiveness is unknown. (see List of notable wars)
Canvas 45
After the forming of a rather large void, The Thargoids engaged in combat with them in an attempt to prevent the devastating damage that could be caused if they decided to attack. (see New Void Wars) The inspiration for the faction comes from the alien race of the same name found on Elite: Dangerous
