Toon Pxls is a faction that makes artwork of various cartoon characters and logos. It was founded by LooneyNuke on Canvas 68. Leadership of the faction was transferred to Lilou41 on Canvas 91.
It is a vassal of the Chromatic Empire; in that capacity, it is known as the Principality of Toon Pxls.
SaltineQuackers was originally the faction owner of Valiant Veggies, however the faction was disbanded following the events of the Right Wars.

Toon Pxls hadn't been created at this point, but LooneyNuke built art of Buttercup which fits into the theme of Toon Pxls and likely led them to forming the faction.
