Team Fortress in Pixels was a faction in Pxls.space. It was founded on canvas 6 under the name Soviet Lattice in Pixels, which was rebranded on the same canvas to Simple Flag Lattice, until canvas 10 where it was rebranded to Team Fortress in Pixels. The last canvas it was active on was 24.

History

2017

Canvas 6

The faction started by Connor Gorski was first formed to draw Soviet/Communist art until a day later when it rebranded after being attacked to Simple Flag Lattice. The purpose of Simple Flag Lattice was to draw simple flags, mainly in one spot. While the faction was still known as Simple Flag Lattice there was still some art about Team Fortress made by them on canvas 6, which included Delet This and a Engineer and Spy art.

Canvas 7

This canvas only had a very small art for Simple Flag Lattice in the first block on the canvas which included the heart from Canvas 6, two Polandballs and the Polish word Kurwa.

2018

Canvas 8

This canvas had the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth flag as the only art for Simple Flag Lattice, and the flag had art created on it as it took up a lot of space on the canvas.

Canvas 9

Canvas 9 had a small Polish Flag made by Simple Flag Lattice on the middle-left of the canvas.

Canvas 10

This canvas was when Simple Flag Lattice was officially ended and Simple Flag Lattice was rebranded as Team Fortress in Pixels. The art of the canvas was the Team Fortress 2 Team in various poses.

Canvas 11

On Canvas 11 no Team Fortress Art was made in favor of a personal project by Connor Gorski which was the continent of Africa with a savanna background and the words "I bless the rains down in Africa".

Canvas 13

This canvas had the Spy Crab as the art of Team Fortress in Pixels.

Canvas 14

On Canvas 14, like in Canvas 11, no Team Fortress Art was made in favor of a personal project which was Strelizia.

Canvas 16

This canvas saw the Team Fortress 2 Logo be made and that was the only art made on Canvas 16. The logo was agreed to be relocated after a short conflict at the beginning of the canvas.

Canvas 17

This canvas saw the most conflict that Team Fortress in Pixels ever had, with only one art being made by Team Fortress in Pixels, the Melon Spy. This art would become one of the first arts attacked by 2ch during their invasion and would be defended by many people until 2ch won out in the end. The Melon Spy would eventually be relocated to the bottom of the Canvas and would also appear on Canvas 30 being made after a 2ch defeat.

This canvas also saw a personal project by Connor Gorski which was the Bongo Cat which got slowly improved from its original template by other people.

Canvas 18

This canvas saw the Baguette Spy as the art of Team Fortress in Pixels.

Canvas 19

This canvas saw the Croissant Boy be made which was a meme in the TF2 community for a short while.

2019

Canvas 21

This canvas saw the N Word Pass be made which was a pixelized version of a meme from the TF2 Discord/Reddit.

Canvas 22

This canvas saw the Gentlemen art be made which was a spy smoking a mouth full of cigarettes.

Canvas 24

This canvas saw the biggest and final art of Team Fortress in Pixels, which was the Heavy with the Infinity Gauntlet with the Time Stone replaced by the Sandwich from TF2.

The End of TF in Pixels

TF in Pixels was officially declared "Dead" on August 19th, 2019, at 3:59 PM as Connor Gorski had begun to lose interest in pxls.space and stopped placing pixels on canvas 29 which was a canvas he had wanted for a long time but he had already lost most interest in pxls.space by that time and never made any actual art on that canvas.
