The Elemental Confederation is a dual union of two factions: the Metallic Monarchy and the H2O Fan Club. It primarily builds metal- and water- related artwork. It is an Imperial Subject of the Chromatic Empire, having been added on Canvas 64 during the Second Imperial Reform.
