| Dhilly Propaganda Pxls had it's start during Canvas 59 as a small link taking you to a download page for [https://dhilly-game.fandom.com/wiki/Dhilly_Game_1 Dhilly Game 1], which was covered by [[KRTOG]]. Next canvas it made a made a large art for the "Coming soon" [https://dhilly-game.fandom.com/wiki/Dhilly_Game_6 Dhilly Game 6], and slightly stagnated after that, as Dhilly Game 6 experienced massive delays. It also appeared in Canvas 64 & 65.

| Serial Experiments Lain made it's first art during Canvas 62, and was griefed. Canvas 63 proceeded with art that wasn't managed by the owners Eve and YuaBeVibin, but by [[Raspar]], who was made an admin. The faction did not make anymore art after that.

| === IZUMI Creative Foundation ===

| IZUMI Creative Foundation did not really know what it was, and had no art other than a flag raid, which was overshadowed by the [[Lesser Kingdom of Magenta]]'s larger flag raid. It was meant to be the "Yua faction", incorperating her fantasies regarding business, and this business was making art. For some time the server was being prepared and almost ready to go public, with the [[Miku Monarchy]], Dhilly Propaganda Pxls and Serial Experiments Lain being "membered factions". But, eve was worried to follow with the plans as Yua had little understanding of the Pxls community, and was worried that it could in some way threaten the Chromatic Empire, or cause confusion to the Miku Monarchy's members. However, the core idea of the other two faction's being united is now alive in the United Principalities of Izumi-Lain-Dhilly.
