Pax Chromatica (Latin for "Chromatic Peace") is a term that referred to a period of extended peace, or a lack of major wars, as a consequence of the Chromatic Empire's influence on the Pxls.space community. The wars that did occur (such as the Opcellogs, Rouge War, and War of the Magenta Coalition) usually involved ChE in some way.
The concept of Pax Chromatica effectively ended after Canvas 81 as the faction went on a break after many major events. It was soon succeeded by the even more successful Pax Neurotica.
