=== Comments on Russian culture ===
In May 2021 Mikarific made [[:File:Themessage.png|offensive comments]] in Pxls chat regarding Russian culture. This caused [[Legion VOL "Apollo Gloria"|Legion]], [[2ch|2chers]], and other Russian Pxls users to demand the immediate demotion of Mikarific and a public apology, along with proposing staff reforms. Mikarific was suspended from moderator for a month and then reinstated, however, she retained the staff role during that time and was added as a developer. The comments also helped trigger the brutal [[Second 2ch–LOF War]] on [[Canvas 46]].

=== Staff Leaks and Platform Ban ===
In May 2024, it came to the attention of [[Pxls staff|Pxls Staff]] that Mikarific had been involved in a group dm in late 2023 which included the sharing of staff discussions and other sensitive information. The group DM had to do with discontent about the way Pxls was being ran and included potential plans on how to approach a staff reform. After Pxls Staff was made aware of the GC, a 4 day investigation commenced. Then Pxls staff announced Mika would be permanently banned from the platform and followed up by doing a Q&A session to address questions (which can be found [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zUp1PLYt1Q here].)

Mikarific joined Pxls as part of a search to find an open source r/place clone to be able to host her own "r/place" for her school. Pxls developers helped her set up [[Stem Place (Pxls Clone)|Stem Place]]. Mika did not build anything on Pxls itself this canvas.

On this canvas Mika returned to Pxls, creating [[Pride Faction]] and making her name in the [[Crimson Dawn|Stem Place]] corner. Pride Faction was targeted by several raids, which were all fought off by the end of the canvas.
